İtalya genelinde gece sokağa çıkma yasağı uygulanacak

İtalyada Seyahat ve alışveriş kısıtlanacak. Yeni tip koronavirüs pandemisinin ikinci dalgasının vurmasıyla vaka sayılarının yeni rekorlar kırdığı Avrupa ülkelerinden biri olan İtalya’da, Başbakan Giuseppe Conte, koronavirüs kısıtlamalarını sıklaştırdı. 

Pandemiyi frenlemek için günlük hayata getirilen kısıtlamaların protesto edildiği İtalya’da tümden sokağa çıkma yasağı ve karantina ilan etmekten geri duran Başbakan Giuseppe Conte, ülke genelinde gece sokağa çıkma yasağı uygulanacağını açıkladı.

Parlamentoya hitap eden Conte, sokağa çıkma yasağının yürürlüğe gireceği tarihi ve saatlerini ilan etmezken, İtalyan basını akşam 21.00 ya da 22.00’den itibaren geçerli olacağını duyurdu. Bazı bölgelerde 23.00 ya da 00.00-05.00 saatleri arası sokağa çıkma yasağı yürürlükte.

Son olarak tümden kapama kararı veren Britanya Başbakan Boris Johnson’ın 12 Ekim açıklamasındaki gibi İtalya’yı risk seviyesine göre üç bölgeye ayıracağınıaçıklayan Conte, bulaş ve vaka sayılarının daha yüksek olduğu bölgelerde daha sıkı önlemler uygulanacağını ve bu kapsamda seyahat kısıtlamalarının da hayata geçirileceğini belirtti. 

En ağır kısıtlamaların ne olacağına açıklık getirmedi, ama ülke çapında haftasonunda alışveriş merkezlerinin kapatılacağını ve toplu taşımada kapasite sınırının yüzde 80’den 50’ye indirileceğini, orta öğretim kurumlarında uzaktan eğitime ağırlık verileceğini söyledi. 

‘Aksi takdirde 20 bölgeden 15’inde yoğun bakım üniteleri dolar’

İtalya’da yeni vaka sayısının bir ayda 10 katına çıkması ve son dönemde günde 30 bin düzeyine fırlamasına koşut hastaneler ve yoğun bakım üniteleri zorlanırken, Başbakan daha sert önlemler uygulamazlarsa gelecek ay 20 bölgeden 15’inde yoğun bakım ünitelerinin dolacağı uyarısını yaptı. 

Bir ayda dördüncü pandemi kararnamesi

“Daha sıkı kısıtlamalarla duruma müdahale etmek zorundayız” diyen Conte, yeni önlemlerle ilgili birkaç gün içinde kanun hükmünde kararname çıkaracaklarını duyurdu. Bu, İtalya Başbakanı’nın yeni dalgayı frenlemek amacıyla bir aydan kısa sürede çıkardığı dördüncü kanun hükmünde kararname olacak.

Yürürlükteki kısıtlamalar

İtalya’da halihazırda spor salonları, sinemalar ve tiyatrolar kapalı, barlarla restoranlar 18.00’de kapanmak zorunda, 18.00’den sonra yalnızca paket servisi yapabiliyor, evde 6 kişiden fazlasını misafir etmek yasak, kamu binalarında ve açık havada maske takma zorunluluğu var. Kültür, eğlence, hizmet sektörü çalışanları bu kısıtlamaları yoğun şekilde protesto ediyor.

Conte ise “Bulaşmayı azaltmada ne kadar etkili olursak, kısıtlamaları o kadar çabuk kaldıracağız ve ekonomik-toplumsal dokumuzun sürdürülemez şekilde kötüleşmesinden kaçınabileceğiz” dedi.
